Constance “Connie” Economos, 99, of Tarpon Springs, Florida,  passed peacefully on March 18th, 2025.  She is survived by her loving family, daughter Debra (Vasilios) Kalodoukas; son Michael (Kris) Economos; grandson Andrew Economos; brothers Nick (Anna) Faklis and Michael Faklis; sister in law Katie Faklis; brother in law Andrew Economos.  Her many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family will greatly miss her.

Connie is predeceased by her husband Theo Economos, her parents Vasile and Dikea, sister Fran Tulumaris and her husband Tony, brother George Fakis, sister Anna Faklis, sister in law Cally Polites and her husband Chris, brother in law Jimmy (Pat) Economos, sister in law Judith Economos; nephew Mark Economos; niece Maris Economos; cousins Michael Faklis and Faye Spanos.

Connie was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. She was the Treasurer of the Philoptochos at St. Stefanos Greek Orthodox for many years.

Services for Connie will be held at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Tarpon Springs on Friday March 21st, 2025. Visitation (Trisagion) will begin at 11:00 am and end at 11:30 am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St. Nicholas Greek Ortodox Cathedral Restoration Fund or HPH Chapters Hospice.
