Dakota Lee Shepard, 26, of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away on January 2nd, 2023.

Dakota grew up in Robertsdele, Alabama, with his mother where they spent all of their spare time outdoors. Dakota was an avid outdoorsman from the very start. He loved everything to do with being outside, hunting, fishing, swimming, boating, camping, and four-wheeling.

As a teenager, Dakota moved back home to Pasco County, Florida, where he had spent every summer with his family. Dakota was an amazing father to his beautiful son and a wonderful loving partner to his fiance. He loved his family and friends tremendously.

He is survived by his mother Pennie Ard; son Noah Lee Shepard; fiance Kristen Apostol; grandmother Beatrice Shepard; aunts Kellie Shepard and Tammie Jones; cousins Jennie Wohnsen, Lindsey Cherry, Paige Branham; as well as many other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather Theodore Lee Shepard
