I am so sorry to just learn of this. I was Marty’s ex-wife, Pam. Marty had a son Louis, grandson Charlie and grand-daughter Bea living in Pennsylvanua. He was a good man and I know he will be missed.

My twin brother, Dale Baxter, and I were friends with Marty from high school. In 1969 we reconnected with him after a high school reunion and he had a group of us over for a gathering at his place in NPR.
He was a great guy and we will always remember him fondly.

Marty and I were close in the mid-80’s. Wow, I didn’t know he had a son? I know he had a brother who cared about him. Marty was a gem, a truly good-guy. He meant a lot to me, a friend from that time period.
