Shafer, Donald, 89, of New Port Richey passed away October 15, 2020. He is survived by wife Carrol Ann; children Vaughn, Donald, David, Cheryl, Charlotte; 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Predeceased by son Terry. He was the former owner of East Ohio Masonary in Warren, Ohion
