Doris Portsmouth, 105, of New Port Richey, Florida passed away peacefully at home on September 14th, 2019. Formally of Sheffield, England, daughter of Sara and John Brown is predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Walter Portsmouth, daughter, June Portsmouth LaFortune, great grandson, Daniel Crowther, six sisters and one brother. She is survived by her sister, Eunice Dungworth of Sheffield, U.K. She is also survived by her daughter Kay Sundell and husband Peter, Six grandchildren, Debbie Dawson, Bill Dawson (Laura), Karen Siena (Rick), Steven LaFortune (Gina), Sharon Crowther, and Gary LaFortune, 18 great children and 8 great great grandchildren.

Her smile will be missed by anyone that met her. She loved her family and taught them all what the real meaning of “love” was.

Doris’ life will be celebrated on October 12th at 1pm at Dobie’s Chapel located at 8825 Old County Road 54, New Port Richey, FL 34653.
