Douglas MacArthur Rucker, 79, of New Port Richey, Florida Passed away on March 28th, 2022. He is survived by wife Betty Rucker; daughter Leilani Stanley; sons Douglas Paul Rucker, Robert James Rucker; twelve grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
