Ellen D. Tibbits, 66, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on November 1, 2022. She is survived by her husband Phillip Tibbits; her two sons Paul (Mary) Gorniak. and Kevin (Gloria) Gorniak; as well as five grandchildren  Austin, Tyler, Brady, Christian and Grace.
