Enoelio Otero-Benitez 81 of New Port Richey passed away on October 19, 2020. He was born on October 16, 1934 in Naguabo, Puerto Rico the son of Pablo and Bernada (Benitez) Otero.

He is survived by 3 sons Edwin Otero of Odessa, Fl., Jesse Otero and his wife Jennifer of Tampa, Fl., Enoelio Otero and his wife Debra of New Port Richey, Fl., 3 daughters Evelyn and her husband Gary Vinas of New Port Richey, Fl., Esther Otero of Hudson, Fl., Nilsa Otero of New Port Richey, Fl., Ex wife Dolores Collazo Ramos, 1 brother Roberto Otero and his wife Inez of Puerto Rico, 3 sisters Francisca Vazquez, Porfiria Rivera and Blanca Salinas all of Puerto Rico, 21 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be at the Dobies Funeral Home 8825 Old County Road 54, New Port Richey on Saturday, October 24, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A celebration of life will follow at 4:00 PM. Burial will be in Puerto Rico.
