Frances H. Moses 81, of New Port Richey passed away on July 21, 2023. Frances was born on July 30, 1941 in Howell Michigan, the daughter of the late Clayton and Ruth (Clements) Moore.

She is survived by her two daughters, Sherri and her husband Nick Lozito of New Port Richey, Florida, Angela and her husband Ryan Amoruso of Stuart, Florida; her son, Brian Moses of Fenton, Michigan; her two sisters, Gail Werda and Kathy Modrzynski and her husband Brent; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
