Frank W. Cupernall, 72, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on March 10th, 2022. He is survived by his wife Jean Cupernall; children Jeffrey Cupernall, Frank Cupernall, Rebecca Toohey; four grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and four siblings
