72, of Ulysses, Pennsylvania, passed away in Hudson, Florida on April 9, 2020 with his wife at his side. Frank was born in Mankato, Minnesota on February 21, 1948 to Simon and Wilma (Butler) Rausch who predeceased him along with five brothers – Lloyd, Cub, James, Dick, Fred and one sister, Gladys.
Franklin married Connie Easton (Merrick) on January 11, 1968, who survives. He retired from Morgan AM&T after 49 years of service. He was an avid fisherman and loved camping and playing cards. He is survived by three children, Pamela (Roy) Hunt of Ulysses, Pennsylvania, Jonathan (Robin) Rausch of Clarksville, Tennessee, Christina (Scott) Morgan of Galeton, Pennsylvania; ten grandchildren, Kristen (Cody) Gray Stevens, Michael (Ashley) Gray, Kyle (Paola) Hunt, Kaleb Hunt, Krischen Hunt, Mariah Morgan, Grace Morgan, Jillian Rausch, Connor Rausch, Elisabeth Rausch; two great-grandchildren Reuben Gray and Valerie Badone; one brother, Larry; three sisters, Janice, Pauline and Josie; two sister-in-laws, Bernice and Kathy; and many more nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice. A memorial service will be set at a later date.

I know that it is hard with everything going on. It sucks being halfway around the world when you get news like this. But my fellow shipmates and I are all grieving for your loss. And hope I can come home for the service. Love you alot grandma. Love and miss you
