Hazeline (Hazel) K Finch, 95 of Spring Hill entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, November 8^th, 2022.  Hazel was born on November 25^th, 1926 in Charlotte, North Carolina to Fred and Berta Mae Kerr (Crump).  On December 26^th, 1942 she married Herbert Finch and they were married until Herbert passed away in 1984. She had 5 children, James, Richard, Sherrie, Garry, and Kenneth.  Hazel worked at Kmart most of her adult life until she retired in 1984.  She was very active in church all of her life, had been in many productions at First Assembly God in Clearwater, and most recently at Shady Hills United Methodist church.  She was very fortunate to have been able to visit the Holy Land and take a trip to Jerusalem.

She is preceded in death by her husband Herbert, sons James (Jim) and Richard (Rick), and brothers Alton, J.B, and Herman.  She is survived by her two son’s Garry (Debby) Finch, and Kenneth Finch, and daughter Sherry Chavis, five grandchildren Jack “Bubba” Chavis Jr (Amy), Randy Finch, Jodi Torre, Jeffery Chavis and Dawn Cobb (Hubert), five great-grandchildren Brianna, Christopher, Nathaniel, Grace and Morgan and one great great grandchild Maya.  She was blessed to have extended family with grandchildren in Christopher and Tammy Mohrmann and their children Courtney, Cayla, Christopher (Allen), and Carter who loved her as if she was their own family.

Friend and family will be received on Tuesday, November 15^th, 2022 from 4 pm-7 pm at Thomas B. Dobies Funeral Home Hudson Chapel 9944 Hudson Ave, Hudson Fl 34669.  Services will be held at Thomas B. Dobies Funeral Home Hudson Chapel at 11 am on Wednesday, November 16^th, 2022.  Hazel’s body will be laid to rest next to her husband at Sylvan Abbey 2860 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater Fl 33759 immediately following the service.
