Richard,
I am sorry for your loss. Reading about his military career and years teaching, it’s clear he liked to serve others.

Dear Ursula & Family Members:
I just heard tonight, about the passing of Mr. Bracker.
He was my math professor at Henry Abbott Technical High School (HATS) in Danbury, CT.
He was Class Advisor to my class of 1969. I got to know him as a friend over the years. When we had our 50th Class Reunion, we had him on speakerphone, over the DJ’s sound system. We spoke to him, and he spoke with us, and his voice filled the auditorium.!
I will always cherish his wisdom and the good advice he always
gave me.
I am so sorry for your loss, and I am glad I got to know him as a long time friend. We last spoke together for his birthday this past August.
May God bless you my friend…,
I shall miss you, but I am fortunate to have known you!
Sincerely,
David M. Coelho
