Mom , You loved taking us to Clearwater Beach 1958. I remember riding in the back seat of our 1957 silver & red Oldsmobile. Henry & Ann Selma always discussing who was riding front shotgun , I din”t have a chance being the youngest, but I always enjoyed our rides down old Hwy 92 from Kearnywood Drive Lakeland to Gulf to Bay Blvd crossing the causeway into Clearwater beach. I remember strangers walking up to you as you sat on a blanket in the sand , Can I have your autograph , your so beautiful you must be a movie star. We would giggle and run away to the water , alarmed at what we took for granted everyday, You were our Mom! Rest in peace like the waves on the shoreline. Rest in peace knowing your job was well done Rest n peace In the Garden with Him as you and I sang from your wheelchair . You can rest in Peace although our hearts are aching, that we trust in Him to see you safely Home , Love your daughter Helen Elizabeth Sharp1/8/25
