Helen Vogiatzis, 85, of New Port Richey, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 8th, 2025. Helen was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. She leaves behind a space in so many hearts.

 Born in Manhattan, NY, Helen was named Miss Latin Manhattan and became a professional wrestler in her early years. She would go on to marry her husband, Demetrios in 1965 and stay beside him for 43 years until his death in 2006.

 Helen was known for her quick wit, good food and bold opinions. She loved her family and was always there with an open door for anyone.

 She is survived by her son, Steve and many grandchildren and great grandchildren, who will carry her memory forward with love and pride. Helen’s life was a testament to the power of love, devotion, sacrifice and the bonds of a family.

 Her funeral service will be held on May 26, 2025, which would have been her 86th birthday, at East Elfers Cemetery at 11:00am. A reception to follow at Local Brewing Company in Palm Harbor, FL.
