Horace Alton Wallace, 94, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on February 19, 2022. He is survived by his daughters, Kathy Bagwell, Gayla (Michael) Emmerich, Tina Carter; grandchildren, Jeannette, and Kelly; sister, Lela Dean Ludholtz; brother-in-law, Howard Ramage.
