Hatzidakis, Irene E. 75 of Tarpon Springs died January 25, 2021. Irene was born on January 14, 1946 in Crete, Greece the daughter of the late George and Stella Gianidakis.

“Thea” (Aunt) Irene was a woman of strength, wit, and always had the pleasure of making people laugh. She was always supportive and gave the best advice. Walking in the house and seeing her beautiful smile is something we will greatly miss. Irene, thank you for letting us live and be apart of your life and you apart of ours. You will be remembered and loved forever.”

Irene is survived by her son Steve Hatzidakis and his wife Dawn of Crestwood, KY, three grandchildren Kaitlynn, Alex and Zachary Hatzidakis of Crestwood, KY., niece Maria and her husband Alex Kales, grandnieces Katerina and Theodora Kales and grandnephew Nicholas Kales.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at the Dobies Funeral Homes Tarpon Chapel 701 E. Tarpon Ave. Tarpon Springs, FL. on Monday February 1, 2021 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. A celebration of life will follow at 4:00 PM.
