Jack G. Lynn, 72, died unexpectedly December 30, 2022, at his residence in Holiday, FL.  He was born February 2, 1950, in Waukegan, IL., the son of Edward C. and Miriam L. (Mononen) Lynn.

   He married the love of his life, Emma Joy Honeycutt, and they settled with their family in Phoenix, AZ., where they celebrated 42 years of marriage prior to her terminal illness.  Jack enjoyed a long career as an auto mechanic, which he ultimately retired from.  He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing before his health deteriorated.

   In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Emma J. (Honeycutt) Lynn, step daughter Delores Roop, and grandson Daryl Roop.  He is survived by his sister Cindy Jewitt and her husband Timothy, half-sister Donna Gebing and her husband Robert, three step children; Tammy (Roop) Feddersen and her husband Mike, Michael Roop and his wife Misty, Mark Roop, and his daughter Jackie Lynn, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

   Those who wish to remember Jack in a special way are asked to join us 4pm on Saturday February 4, 2023, for a “Celebration of Life”, at the home of Keith and Michelle Scott, located at 7608 Lakeside Woodlands Dr. Hudson, FL 34667.
