James Norman Hall, 87, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on July 30th, 2024. He is survived by his wife Rosemary P. Hall; children Michelle and Glenn; stepson Alan; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; as well as four brothers Greg, Jeff, Chris, Alan.
