Joann C. Stratton, 82, of Palm Harbor, Florida, passed away on August 6th, 2023. She is survived by her daughters Sharon Burroughs and Martha Stratton; two grandchildren; as well as siblings Carl (Judy) Wabbersen, William Wabbersen, Rosalie Gerlach, and Constance Murphy.
