My condolences to Belinda, Charlie, Jim and all his family. I knew John from school days at St. Elizabeth’s School and Bristol HS…but mostly through his brother Charlie who was the same age as my late brother Virgil who passed last November. Their interests in Cars led us to many Sundays at Connecticut Dragway to either watch or race their cars there. Those were some great times in our younger days. We lost touch until facebook came along and i would respond with John in that manner. I can see he was blessed with 5 children, 7 grandchildren and a great grandaughter who i’m sure gave him much love during his lifetime. RIP my friend ’til we meet again.

To my best friend and brother, John. I will miss you more than you know. Our 50 years together as friends produced some of the best times of my life. Save a space for me in the boat. I will join you someday and we will fish again. Your friend ,
