I am deeply saddened to hear this. I remember John fondly when we were growing up in Crestwood and he used to visit Valerie’s house with aunt Bernice. I even had a crush on him at one point. May he Rest In Peace. He is out of pain and in God’s hands. His family is in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless.

Valerie,
I’m so happy we had last Friday together when all this was happening. John was very fortunate to have you help him so intensely . I’m sure Aunt Bernice is looking down on you, and loving you for all the hard work you’ve put into caring for her , and then for John.
My dear sister friend, you are everyone’s earthly angel. You do so much, and give so much love to all those around you. John , I’m sure is resting peacefully now, no longer suffering in pain. May he rest in eternal peace!

I was greatly saddened to hear about John’s passing. I know that he is at peace now with the lord. I had the pleasure of knowing John for many years. He was a wonderful charming man with a great sense of humor. He was the best dancing partner I ever had! In fact he learned to dance for me. I have many fond memories of our times together. He was always there for me and all his friends. Valerie he loved you and his family so much. Thank you for helping Bernice and later John in his illness. My dear John will be sorely missed. I know he is with the angels now.
