Jose Moraes was born to Linda Ellen LeGall and Jose Moraes, Sr. in December of 1931, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Jose married Jorgina Oliveira. He brought into this union his daughers Sheylla and Vera Moraes. Jose and Jorgina shortly had a son, Carlos Moraes. The family moved to the U.S.A in the late 60’s where he owned and operated Joe’s TV in Danbury, CT; working his entire life as a Television Technician. The couple moved to Florida in November 2019 to stay closer to family.

Jose enjoyed boxing during his young adulthood, enjoyed watching soccer, playing cards and enjoyed spending time with his family.

Jose leaves behind his wife Jorgina of 62 years, daughters Sheylla Moraes and Vera Moraes; son Carlos Moraes; 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.
