Dr. Rosairo was a kind soul and a gentleman. I called on him for several years as a pharmaceutical representative. He always gave me an opportunity to listen to my presentations and also taught me a lot about cardiovascular diseases.
I will miss him very much. My condolences to his dear wife and family.
May his soul rest in peace.
Antonio (Tony) Miranda.
