My Father was my rock, he always looked out for me. He loved to joke around with us. I remember him saying his first meal with my Mom was special because she burned it, they had just got together and he ate it anyway,he didn’t want to upset her.
My life will forever changed because of my Dad. Love you Dad

Your mom Evelyn used to babysit or I should say child sit for Vin Dan and I on W. Dutch Rd. in Fairview. Many happy memories with aunt Evelyn. She was the youngest of her family and was just a couple years older than uncle Dan and myself.
I remember after she and Ken got married that was about 1962. They came over to visit on their way to Florida in their rambler.
Later in 1974 when Jean and I were headed towards Lauren Air Force Base in Maine we stopped in Florida for water survival we spent a few days at Ken and Evelyn‘s place and we bought you girls that dog. I can’t remember the dogs name, but it was special for you, girls. My heartfelt remembrance to them and grievance for you and the girls. I love you all, your cousin Mark..

My loving Uncle Ken had a beautiful spirit. Living on a swimming creek in the PA countryside, my parents had our family reunions at our place. I always looked forward to seeing Uncle Ken, Aunt Evelyn and my 3 cousins pulling in the driveway to join us from Dayton, then Florida. As we got older, cousin Kenny arrived in the family.
We had many happy occasions together.
I made plans last year to visit Uncle Ken and at the last minute he called to reschedule because he had a water main break in his home. Then hurricane Helene changed our plans again. I am sad to say I never had the opportunity to see him after that. He will always be in my heart and on my mind. He was a great Uncle.

Mr. Sopher was one of the kindest, gentlest caring men that I have had the privilege of knowing. He was a wonderful person and he will truly missed. I spent so much time in their house with Evelyn he was almost like a 2nd dad to me.
May he rest in piece and be united with Mrs. Sopher. God Bless and condolences to his family and all who knew him.
