Dwayne was not only my beloved brother, but my first hero. He was 15 years older than me and joined the navy at 18. My earliest memories of him were when he would come home on leave in his naval uniform. I thought he was the handsomest, most distinguished and bravest man alive and have always held him in high regard and within a special place in my heart. Rest in peace my dear brother. Thank you for your service and love.
