I am so sorry to have lost my sister in law Marion .She and Jack welcomed me so warmly when I married her brother Bob thirty seven years ago . I had never seen such a large wonderful family as they had. I so enjoyed visiting with them and especially enjoyed having a glass ( or two) of wine with Marion . They were wonderful parents and wonderful to me. I will miss Marion but I am happy she is with Jack once again . Happiness she gave, happiness she has found. God bless you all . Love Aunt Ginny

We will deeply miss our Mom who has now joined our Dad and sister Pat in heaven. Their absence is felt every day, but we find comfort in knowing they are together again.

Mom never failed to stay up late, covering our books with brown paper bags and preparing our lunches with a snack. Birthdays and holidays were always special, with homemade cakes and magical Christmas mornings. They taught us that respect, love, laughter, music and faith were paramount, providing a constant sense of security and love.

Mom had a wonderful habit of sending cards and thank you notes for every little thing, reminding us of her appreciation and love.

Mom and Dad encouraged us to make our own choices, offering advice along the way. They showed us that even the impossible is achievable with strong faith and family support. We’re Irish Catholic O’Donnells, there’s nothing we can’t accomplish if we stay strong with the values they instilled in us. We CAN make it on our own, and when we need help, we can lean on each other and be okay.

I’m thankful every day for my siblings, Abigail and Makayla and all of my beautiful and amazing nieces and nephews who will continue to make us smile and be proud of their accomplishments, just as their Nana and grandpa are.

We will strive to honor their memory and make them proud as they watch over us.

I’m number 7

I knew Marion as nana but also as a second mother. She always showed up when others wouldn’t and made me and my sister feel endlessly loved by her. She cared for us like her own and she may have made me microwave her tea 5 times in 20 minutes but now I’d give anything to microwave her tea again. I love you and miss you more than ever, love Abby.

I had only met her once at her son Joe’s birthday party and even with that, I found her to be an incredible and sweet woman of whom I wish I knew better. The fact that she touched my heart with her gentle smile in such a short time, makes me believe how much love she shared with so many others. Our heartfelt sympathies and prayers go out to all her family and friends. To Joe, Marianne and Julian, we send comforting hugs, peace and strength to get you through this difficult time and know that she will live in all our hearts forever. Her spirit will always be there to make you smile and comfort you, you just need to know where to look. When it rains, look for rainbows, when it is dark, look for stars, she is there.
