Mary H. Crenshaw

December 05, 1941~September 03, 2023

On September 3rd, 2023, Mary Crenshaw got her wings and went to walk with the angels in Heaven.  She was 81 years old and is survived by her three children: David R. Crenshaw, Sherrie Centers, and Daniel Crenshaw.

She was truly a special lady that was cared for by many people, family, co-workers, and friends. She had the gift of having a kind heart and people warmed up to her because she was so kind. Many of her children’s friends also called her mom.

She was always there when anyone needed her. Many times, putting her needs aside to make someone else a priority. She cared deeply about the people in her life. She was their advocate, mentor, and their treasure.  To know her was to know someone who would share or give anything she had if you needed.

She is also survived by her four sisters: Jeane Lawson, Jessie Kelty, Juanita Scearcy, Susie Button, and her brother Dennis Perkins. All of whom she loved dearly.

While we will miss her deeply, we can rest assured that she is no longer in pain, and that she is being treated as she deserves as a special child of God.

God Bless Her Soul!

My sweet beautiful sister. You were always full of fun and adventure. I remember the rides we used to take exploring new places. You always tried to please everyone. Well you did a great job with your kindness, love and compassion for all. I will miss that sweet voice saying “Hey girlie!” I hope I hear it once again in heaven. See you when I get there. I love you to the moon. Hey maybe we can go explore the moon when I get up there! Love you and miss you something awful.

I am relieved to know you are no longer suffering, but you are sorely missed by all the family. Rest in peace, Aunt Mary Helen. Please tell your nephew, Michael, “hello” from his favorite daughter for me.

The world is a little darker without your smile and your gentle ways Mary. Know that you are missed and you will always be fondly remembered for your kindness and grace. Rest easy now.

Mary I miss you so. I am at a loss for words because nothing I say will bring you back to me. At least I know you are not suffering anymore and you are with the rest of gang. Try to keep the noise down and save the rest of us a place at the table ok. I love you with all my heart and that goes for everyone else there with you.God Bless you all. 🦋💕🌹 .
