One of my favorite memories of you was when you threw a ball from over 100 feet away to dunk me in a dunk tank at a work function. I vividly remember the arc of the throw, the sound of the ball hitting the target, and water rushing up my nose, all while thinking “ there is no way he can dunk me from that distance”… that memory still makes me smile!!!

More importantly, you were one of the nicest guys I have ever met. Thank you for your mentorship, being a part of my wedding, and being an awesome human being. Guys like you are rare in this world, and I am honored to have known you. You will be sorely missed, and never will be forgotten!!!

Micheal was a great person. I was able to work with him and he even rented me a room out when I had my first baby. So many great memories. He was funny and always willing to help anyone. He will be missed. R.I.P

My sincerest condolences to the family. May the Lord bring you peace and comfort in these difficult times. Mike was an amazing supervisor and made our team feel like a family. We miss him very much and are cherishing the moments we’ve been able to share with him.

You were such an amazing academy supervisor. I don’t ever know if you questioned how amazing you were at your new job but you were beyond amazing. I have treasured every second that our team was able to have you as our supervisor. It still feels so surreal. You were just with us that Friday celebrating our mid way mark. You are such a funny people person and I am grateful to have had you as a my academy supervisor. Thank you for being the amazing person you are and bringing out the best of us… For old time sakes, I will share one of your dad jokes.. What did the lazy person do the day after Friday? Sat… Enjoy your eternal rest and let them hear all of your amazing dad jokes.

Mike, you were such a great person and I’ll cherish all of our moments we shared. You are one of a kind and I am so blessed to have had you in my life. You were such a light in this sometimes dark world. You have left such an impact on so many people. Myself included. My heart goes out to your family during this difficult time.

I met you when you were a new hire and from day 1, the one thing that always brought a smile to your face was your girls. More than the hole we have at work without you, there’s a bigger hole in their lives 😭. The way you lived live life, always finding positivity and making those around you smile will be sorely missed. You truly are 1 of 1 sir. To all the family, I’m truly for your loss. To his daughters, the love and pride he had for you was endless…no matter what life brings you, know he will always be proud of you and watching over you.

I don’t know if I’m going to last much longer here without you. How can a child go without their mother? How can a mother go without a child?

This is long overdue, but it has taken me a good while to be able to process this! I worked with Mike, and see his name still appears from time to time & today was the day I wanted to say how much Mike is missed. He was such a positive vibe, and was such a helpful person! I remember our random chats & all his funny dad jokes he would share daily. One thing about Mike….boyyyy did he love his girls!!! He spoke so highly of them all the time! This has been such a tragic loss! Mike…you are missed….rest easy buddy! My condolences to his family! There are no words that can help ease the pain of losing someone you love & cherish, but you continue to be in my thoughts!
