Michael H. passed away on April 27, 2025. His presence touched the lives of many who knew and loved him, and his memory will continue to resonate deeply.
In honoring Michael’s life, those close to him hope not to allow his death to be in vain.
Instead, we hope to inspire open and compassionate conversations about mental health. His passing serves as a poignant reminder of our shared humanity—that we are more alike than different and that each of us is whole and complete, just as we are.

Michael’s memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 17, at 11:00 AM at Thomas B. Dobies Funeral Home, located at 9944 Hudson Ave, Hudson, FL 34667. Light refreshments will follow at The Medley Club Angeline 55+, located at 11233 Banyan Breeze Blvd, Land O’ Lakes, FL 34638.
A Million Times
You never said, “I’m leaving,” you never said goodbye. You were gone before I knew it, and only God knew why.

Today is the day my baby brother’s body turns to ashes. I say this prayer in his name. Almighty God, we entrust Michael to your loving embrace. May his soul find eternal rest and peace in your heavenly dwelling. We thank you for our time with him, the memories we shared, and the love he showed us. As his earthly journey ends, we find comfort in knowing he is now at rest in your presence. May we be filled with the hope of eternal life, strengthened by your love, and comforted by your peace. Amen. I love you, baby brother. May you now be free.
