Our fondest memories of you, Nick, were when we flew back to Astoria from FL and you picked us up and took us out to dinner with Theresa. Aunt Helen and mom, your Aunt Vivian, always thought of you as a movie star ⭐
Your wonderful sons will always make you proud as you look down upon them. May your memory be eternal.
Love,
Cousins Tina & Jim Wilson & Family

My sorrow for the loss of my cousin. I will miss him. He was loved by many, a part of our large Greek family. I always looked forward to seeing him at gatherings throughout the years. My memories will always be with me, and with his beautiful smile and loving nature, I will remember him. God bless him and to all of my family, blessings at this time to you and forever.

My deepest & sincerest condolences to my dear Thea Katie, my wonderful cousins Clio & Family, Gina, affectionately known in the family as ‘Nitsa,’ & son Joey, Ike, Marianna & daughter Katerina, Nick’s 2 incredible sons, relatives, & all who knew Nick & loved him. I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing. I have so many memories of our family gatherings in Astoria & the Poconos. Nick was a people person that loved family gatherings….yes, those big Greek gatherings with endless platters of traditional Greek food! Sitting around the table in those early days were generations of family members. I can still hear Uncle Nick’s deep baritone laughter, & Thea Katie always making sure everyone had plenty to eat. Those delicious delectables kept coming out of the kitchen as we all shared so many stories. Of course Thea Thekla was at the head of the table with her beautiful smile that just lit up the room. She loved seeing her family celebrating the gathering. The love & laughter never ceased. I remember very vividly the many times Nick & I would take the train into Brooklyn (Atlantic Ave & Clinton St) where there was a lineup of some of the best Mediterranean restaurants. Nick would say to me, “Hey Steve, let’s go eat some Falafel in Brooklyn.” Other times we’d go into Coney Island to walk on the boardwalk straight to Nathan’s for hot dogs. He was such a good soul with a huge heart. We had many conversations about so many things, his favorite being ‘The Family.’
Farewell for now Nick, until we meet again.
