Orville L. Williamson, 82, passed away on June 20, 2022, at home, surrounded by his family. Orville was born in Odessa, FL on July 26, 1939, to the late Wright Alexander Williamson and Lottie Lee Carriker. He attended Gulf High School and earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. He was a Sergeant in the United States Army, stationed in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He was raised in a large family of 10 children, 6 brothers, and 3 sisters, Orville being the last of the siblings to be called home to our Lord.
Orville leaves behind a loving family, left to cherish his memory are his wife Cyndee of 42 yrs, his 4 children, Kasie Puleo (Eric), Brittnee Gibbs (Sid), Kesha Wachtler (Forrest), and Jordan Williamson, and 10 grandchildren, Cooper, Cason, Colton, Brody, Wyatt, Weston (Rocky), Callee, Wade, Brynlee & Rhett. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
Orville wore many hats in his lifetime, including but not limited to owning and operating Floracret, a concrete precast company, Concrete sales, Life Insurance Sales, and working for Sheriff Lee Cannon at the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Orville’s honor to The Angelus in Hudson, Florida, a group home for Cerebral Palsy individuals that was very near and dear to Orville’s heart.

Orville will be truly missed!. We’ve been friends forever, it seems! Gene has always bragged about Orville’s talents! Someone said recently that he should have been a politician!

He will truly be missed. He was such a fun loving guy always with a smile and a helping hand. He could also drive you crazy but most of us just laughed it off. The last couple times we visited him just broke my heart to see him like he was. He fought hard but God had a different plan for him and now he sits with our Lord in heaven and has no more pain. Love you all and know in your heart that he is looking down on all his family with love.

Will never forget my child hood memories at grandma we use to wait for you to pull up so we could was your corvette you give us few dollars we would walk all the way to store just to spend it in just minutes haha I will never forget the day my daughter just 2 months old had to go to All Childrens hospital to have surgery and I ran into you and Aunt Cindy think you were there for one of your grandkids I was a nervous wreck you pulled me to aside told me she was in good hands God will take care of her not to worry and gave me big hug (yes I cried ) but she did great just was the time and day I needed that didn’t get to see you much after momma passed but always tried to keep in touch with Aunt Cindy Uncle Orville you will always be in my heart now go be with our family been long time you sure deserve them now give momma and Pat big hugs for me Rest in Paradise Uncle Orville <3 <3

Orville will be remembered as a unique one of a kind person who I am proud to have known. It was an honor and pleasure to have worked with him at the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office. Orville was an amazing man. Every time there was a community need, he was there to help address the need. Orville always had a big smile on his face when I ran into him, which in turn, put a smile on my face.

I was thinking of Orville today and found this. I am sorry to hear of his passing. My father and Orville went to high school together. The last time I saw Orville was at may dads funeral. Orville shared a story of him and my dad, that I just told my son. My condolences to the family. Orville was always such so nice to me.
