Patricia Ann Tomei, 69, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed on August 29th 2023. She is survived by her daughter Michelle Beck; son Richard Bell III; brother Timothy Donovan; aunt Bernidetta Lundy; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
