Charlow, Patricia (Patsy) Wills, 89, Tampa, Florida. passed away on November 7th, 2023. Patsy was born on May 6th, 1934, in Columbia, South Carolina, to parents Joe Summers Wills and Addie Holt Wills. The family moved to Pinellas County, Florida in 1943.  Patsy is survived by her loving children Lucinda (Thomas) Montuori, Susan (Mark) Persbacker, Weston (Susan) Charlow, and Angela Robertson; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother Joe Denny Wills, and a loving, supportive extended family. Patsy is preceded in death by her husband, Weston Charles Charlow, Jr. They met at a club mixer in 1951 at Saint Petersburg Junior College when Patsy asked who was their most shy member. She asked Weston to dance and that was the start of their life-long romance. They were married for sixty-seven glorious years before Weston’s passing in 2022.

Patsy was a graduate of Saint Petersburg High School, Saint Petersburg Junior College, and the University of South Florida.  She was a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Keystone United Methodist Church.  Patsy was a proud Southerner who taught her family the values of love, honor, and tradition.

A Memorial Service will be held at Keystone United Methodist Church, 16301 Racetrack Rd, Odessa, FL 33556 on November 17th at 4:00 pm.
