Peter (Takis) Christopoulos, 85 , of Tarpon Springs Florida, died June 7, 2020. He was born on August 29, 1934 in Havari, Greece, the son of the late Christos and Eleni Christopoulos.

He is survived by his son Chris Christopoulos (Angeline), daughter Eleni Lekkas (Kostas) both of Tarpon Springs, 2 brothers George Christopoulos, Dionysis Christopoulos of Greece, 2 sisters Anastasia DeMelis of Australia and Theoni Iakovidi of Greece, 5 grandchildren Panagiotis, Louie, Alexander Christopoulos, George, Mario Lekkas, and many nieces and nephews.

Taki was known to all for his smile and welcoming personality. He was an icon on the Sponge Docks, greeting tourists for more than 4 decades. In his later years, his grandchildren were his source of joy. He loved them dearly.
