Regina M. Bell, 81, of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away on August 31, 2023. She is survived by her husband William R. Bell, Sr.; her step-son William R. Bell, II. She immigrated to the United States from Berlin, Germany. She initially worked as a seamstress for a number of years, then had a 25 year career working with the disabled for the state of  Connecticut. She enjoyed camping, RV’ing, snowmobiling, and traveling. She most loved her Vermont home.
