Rhonda Kay Kemp born 10/19/1966 passed away 07/01/2020 peacefully in her sleep. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband Stephen Kemp, children Amanda Crist, Jennifer Chapman, William Chapman, her loving 14 grandchildren, and many siblings. Rhonda was a retired Captain of the Air Force and a registered nurse. She was a proud, devoted and loving Grandmother, wife, and mother who lived for her grandbabies. She was full of love, laughter, and life. She was always there for words of encouragement and open arms for her loved ones and had touched the hearts and lives of many that have had the pleasure of knowing her. She was a very giving person and was always more concerned with what she could do for others without asking for anything in return, especially with her grandchildren. She loved to travel, spending as much time as she could with her grandchildren and loved ones, and Mickey Mouse. She has joined her baby boy, Gary Clifford Chapman (03/07/1989 – 06/26/2020) in heaven and will always be watching over her beloved grandchildren. She will carry on in our hearts and memories forever. And every time we see a rainbow, we will know she is near.

Funeral services will be held on 07/20/2020 at Dobies Funeral home in New Port Richey from 9am- 11am viewing and service starting by 11am, followed by the burial at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell Florida from, where she will receive full honors and recognition for her military service.
