Bob, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on Monday December 2 2024 at the age of 71. Born and raised in New York, Bob was a proud native of the Empire State, carrying the vibrant spirit of his hometown wherever life took him.

A man of unwavering faith, Bob was a follower of Christ, and his life reflected his deep love for God and others. His faith was his foundation, guiding him through every chapter of his extraordinary journey.

Bob was a dedicated over-the-road truck driver, a career that allowed him to see the beauty of the country he loved. With every mile, he gathered stories, forged friendships, and provided tirelessly for his family. He found joy in the open road and took pride in his work, always carrying a piece of home with him.

Beyond his profession, Bob lived life to the fullest. Whether sharing his wisdom with his children, spoiling his grandchildren, or simply enjoying time with his beloved Ann, Bob brought love and laughter into every moment. His legacy is one of kindness, strength, and an unshakable devotion to his faith & family.

He is survived by wife Ann Mulligan of Tarpon Springs, FL, his mother Elaine Mulligan of Ocala, FL, his children, son Michael Magness and his wife Barbara of Spring Hill, FL, Daughter Emily Byrne-Mulligan of Dublin Ireland, Daughter Kelly Mahoney and her husband Jeff of New River, AZ, and Daughter in Law Adrienne Romeo of Tarpon Springs, FL his cherished grandchildren, Marissa & Isabella Magness, Freda Byrne-Mulligan, Brielle Mulligan, Connor West and his fiancé Ty, Serena West, Casey West, and Kristin West. He also leaves behind a host of family, friends, and loved ones whose lives he touched deeply.

Bob’s life was a testament to the power of faith, love, and perseverance. He will be dearly missed but forever remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing him.

A celebration of Bob’s life will be held on at a later date.
