Ronald L. Cotner, 70, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on October 12th, 2023. He is survived by his children Daniel Cotner and Michelle McGee; five grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; as well as siblings James, Bonnie, and Brenda.
