Sara Marie Consolino, 35, of Palm Harbor passed away on Tuesday February 18, 2020. She was born in Jackson, MI and adopted by John and Connie Consolino from birth. At 6 months old she was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. The Consolino family moved to Palm Harbor, Florida in 1988 where Sara and her younger sister, Emily, grew up. Sara attended and graduated with a special diploma from Countryside High School in 2005. Her love for music was magical, especially pop music and boy bands. Despite being confined to a wheelchair and being non-verbal, she still managed to twirl her motorized chair around and lip sync to her favorite songs. Her smile was glowing and infectious to every person she met. Sara loved taking trips to Disney World, going to concerts, and spending time with family. She was known for being a member of and attending St. Ignatius of Antioch Catholic Church at 9 am Mass and sitting in the front row.
Sara is survived by her parents, John and Connie Consolino of Palm Harbor, her younger sister and brother-in-law, Emily and Justin Hall of Holiday, her two nieces, Layla and Olivia Hall, her grandmother, Alma Bunting of Palm Harbor, 14 aunts and uncles, 23 cousins, several second cousins, and her Maltese, Cooper.
Preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Eugene (2014) and Ardis Bunting (1987), her paternal grandparents, Anthony (1994) and Emma Consolino (2004), her brother, Kevin Consolino (1988), and an uncle, James Pierce (1970).
