Bitter, Scott 61, of New Port Richey, passed away Friday, July 23, 2021. He is survived by his wife Margaret, sons Jonathan, Matthew, and Scott Bitter; grandsons Nikali, and Porter Bitter; granddaughters Cieanna, and Ivy Bitter.
