Sheila, you were such an accomplished, intelligent and beautiful woman. It is no wonder that my brother fell for you. I remember how excited we were to be sisters-in-law. Your hospitality made our trips to Florida that much more special. I appreciate the love and care you gave Bob all these years.

You were such an organizer, bringing together skating shows with costumes and helping fellow sufferers to cope with lung disease.

How lucky you were to have been qualified and later matched to receive the lung transplant. I am so glad that the doctors and nurses were able to give you the extension of life that allowed you to spend more time with Bob and roller skate again.

I will wear a black mask and think of you every time I put it on. I breathe a sigh with mindfulness of how favored I am to have that ability and say goodbye.
