Stephen C. Kopp, 59, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on January 28th, 2023. He is survived by his father Carl (Sandra Blair) Kopp; as well as his sister Stacey. A service will be held at Florida National Cemetery.

I’m so sorry for the health struggles you had these past few years. Your frustrations and pain were so evident and unfair. You did the best you could and fought the battle like a man. We have many memories thru the years and I can’t help but laugh to myself when I think of many of them. I will miss you my brother and as always I love you man.

I’m searching for a Steven Carl Kopp I met and worked with in Sacramento and Oakland ca in which he did construction work in my home.
