Susan Jane Meagher of Trinity, Florida, formerly of Bristol, England, passed away on April 29th, 2023 at home. She was born May 17th, 1955. Sue went from being a professional singer in a band during her teens, to the first female account manager in the British Steel Industry. Intensely proud of her three citizenships, British, Canadian, and American, Sue was an accomplished sales professional in all three countries. In 2018, Sue was agent of the year for AAA and was in their top 10 every year after. Sue continued to work full time through demanding medical treatments as she loved her work. She is survived by her best friend and husband Chris; her loving mother Barbara in England; and the two jewels in her crown, twin brothers David and Paul, also in England. Sue did not wish for any formal memorial service, just cherishing your favorite memory of her will be tribute enough. Her final resting place will be England, of course.

Dear Chris,
I am writing this with a very saddened heart. Sue was such a beautiful person and a good friend. She will be truly missed by all. Her suffering is now over and she is probably on the golf course somewhere up there. Rest in peace with the angels mate. Love you and miss you.

Sue, my lovely cousin, my friend, I miss you already. But when I think of you I will smile, we did have some good times. You succeeded in everything you put your mind to professionally, but more importantly you succeeded as as a kind and caring friend to all those around you. You made me laugh, and you made me exhausted with your endless energy. It didn’t matter that you were thousands of miles away, you were always ‘our Sue’ at the end of the phone, or messenger, or however we kept in touch, and when you came home to visit, nothing had changed. It was as though we’d only seen each other yesterday. Rest in peace my lovely. x x x Hugs and heartfelt condolences to Chris, Aunty Barb, David, Paul and families.

Good night Sue.
You were friendly bubbly, happy, always smiling.
Your visits home to Bristol ensured the Smith family reunions. Happy memories.
My youngest memory of you, is that you used to drive in bare feet, this always made me chuckle.
You will leave a big hole in many peoples lives, but you lived the best live when you were here.
Love you lots.

Sue, You will be truly missed at AAA you always made me laugh when you said you had a hard time understanding someone because of their accent, spoken like a true English Woman. I only knew you for a couple of years but can honestly say that you always found a way to help the members at AAA. You will be missed but not forgotten continue to look over us left behind and enjoy the Biscuits on the other side. Blessings and rest in Peace

It’s crazy to think that I will no longer see you. To think I will no longer smell the smell of burnt toast in the break room. hear you tell me you love my flower shirt EVERYTIME I wore it. Or even how when I say what can you do. You would tell me.”When you live in a shoe. You get laced.”
I will miss our talks on the way to work, hearing about your life and how much you loved your husband and we cannot forget how you introduce me to Sterling wine. I can go on and on with all the memories we shared.but it all comes down to that I will miss you very much and look forward to seeing you again someday. Chris and your family will be in my prayers.Rest easy my coworker. But better yet my friend.

It was a shock to hear of your passing my dear friend. I’ve known you for over 55 years, from school to watching you sing in your band at the Top Rank in Bristol to meeting up again in Canada when I emigrated too. Your smile and your bubbly personality changed a room when you entered! My thoughts are with Chris, your Mum and your brothers at this very sad time. RIP my dear friend, love Ian & Christine

To Chris and family,
George and I are so saddened by this news. God has received another Angel. We pray your memories will carry you through the days without that crazy, energetic blonde. Sue and I joined TOWA at the same time, just meeting each other at that time, they put us on the board together. Our friendship grew and we had great fun. So thankful for those years.
Rest In Peace Sweet Sue, George and Eileen Holm

Dear Chris,
First of all, you will always be spiritually attached to your beautiful and inspirational ‘Earth Angel’ with the smooth British accent, who has left a great impact and impression on thousands of people throughout her years on God’s great Earth, in several different countries, I might add. Always willing to help and lend an ear or critical advice to the uplifting of another. Heaven will inherit a truly great and needed spirit. Sorry for your loss, but truthfully so, Sue, will continue to live through you for the remainder of your life on Earth. L.L.S.(Long Live Sue)!!!

We are so saddened to hear of Sue’s passing!!
We were such close friends during the years Sue & Chris lived in Canada, sharing wonderful cruise holidays together, playing the occasional golf game and of course making all the pub crawls on a regular basis, where we often did karaoke together!!
Even after Sue & Chris moved to Florida we stayed in touch on a regular basis, we always thought of Sue & Chris as family.
Our hearts are broken and our very deepest condolences to Chris, Barb, David, Paul and all family.
RIP our beautiful friend you will be missed by all
