April 15, 1971~February 11, 2025

Todd Jason Belisle, known to many as “Coach B,” passed away suddenly on February 11, 2025, in New Port Richey, Florida.

Todd was a passionate football player and coach, dedicating himself to the sport and inspiring those around him both on and off the field. He had an incredible ability to make people laugh, smile, and feel truly valued. A proud Sponger for life, Todd’s impact on his community will not be forgotten.

He was preceded by his mother, Carol. He is survived by his father Joseph, and stepmother Marsha.

The love of his life Cristin, stepdaughter Emily, and his 4 legged buddy Bruno aka “the boy.”

Todd lived by the words of Jimmy V: “You should do three things every day—laugh, think, and have your emotions moved to tears. If you can laugh, think, and cry, that’s a full day. You do this seven days a week, and you’re going to have something special.” His life embodied this philosophy, leaving behind a legacy of joy, thoughtfulness, and deep emotion.

A celebration of life will be held on April 5, details regarding the location will be shared at a later date.

Todd was one of a kind, and his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

I had the honor of coaching Todd when he was in high school. I was his JV offensive and defensive line coach.
I was so proud of him when he went into coaching. And there is no embarrassment in saying, “The student outperformed the teacher”!
He became an EXCELLENT coach. More importantly, he built relationships. We had a bond…as we would pray for his mother before games when she was sick. There was always more than just winning & losing.
He had an infectious laugh. He loved life and his family. Always smiling and living life large!
He will be missed!

Coach B will alway hold a special place in my heart and I speak for my brother as well when I say that. I spent quite a bit of time in the O-Line room and gym with him. I now coach my boys at the youth level and there isn’t a day I walk on that field and don’t think of him. Surely missed but always remembered
