Jody,John and McKenna I’m so sorry for your loss. Your mom, grandma and my best friend was one of a kind. She always put others before herself, she loved with her whole being, the most talented person that I have ever met, she never met a stranger, loved working in the yard and going to the beach. I will miss her everyday, I will keep you and your families in my prayers and I’ll always be here for you. I don’t remember a life without my VedaV. Thank you so much for sharing her with me.

I was in so much sorrow yesterday when I receive your message. Veda and I go back since 1970 before your father and mother were married. We shared so many memories as friends and family. She was a very talented person in so many areas. Loved our telephone visits and visits here in Columbus. I will miss her.

Jody,Mckenna,John and all of Vedas family my heart aches for you. She knew how loved she was and had a special bond with Mckenna. We shared a love of the beach!! Im thinking of you all and praying. She is our extended family. Her sister Pam married my brother Jeff. We traveled on adventures, went fishing and made many crafts together. We’ve spent many years together, laughed, cried and loved each other’s company, family and become good friends. Veda enjoy your chocolate ice cream.

Veda was one of the kindest souls I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and calling my friend. Her smile lit up every room and her laugh was so heart felt. There wasn’t a time I saw Veda that she didn’t give me the greatest bear hug and let me feel how much she loved seeing me. The love she had for family and friends was something you could feel from miles away. Her children and her grand babies were her greatest gift. She will be missed. Jody, McKenna and John I love you guys.. You’ve always been like family to me and I will always cherish the memories I have with your sweet mom. God Speed Veda! You are now a forever guardian Angel shining your bright light upon them.

My deepest condolences to You, Kenna and family . You took amazing care of your Mom. We never truly get over the loss of our Mom we just learn to live differently. My deepest condolences Jody, John, McKenna and family. Veda was a beautiful, loving, caring friend. Her presence made the world brighter. She never hesitated to help anyone. Her laughter and hugs made you feel so loved. She was so proud of her family and always had pictures to share. We met at Publix in Tarpon Springs in 2009.
To this day, I think of her when I see the cranberry orange relish, it was seasonal and she loved to place it on her ice cream. Time spent in the sun or outdoors together was a treasure. Thank you for sharing your Mom with me. She made my life more beautiful . ❤️

Jody & John we were heartbroken to hear of Vedas passing. She was such a fun loving wonderful person! We had some really good times back in Galloway with all of you. The PTA the Westland Ball field, and more. We moved in 1998 after you had. Her laughter would light up a room. Never a frown on her face!! She is now with your wonderful father who also was taken too young! You & your family’s are in our prayers
