William Charles Hugel, 71, of Port Richey, Florida, passed away on August 7, 2023. He is survived by his wife Kathleen, Son William (Danielle), daughter Maureen (Jimmy), 6 grandchildren Danny, Trent, Cameron, Brendan , Emily, and Landon. His mother Margaret, a sister Patricia, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by His father William, and Brother Claude. In lieu of flowers please donate to the Stephen Siller Tunnels to towers foundation.
