William (Bill) R. Hamilton, age 78, and Sue A. Hamilton, age 77, passed away on January 5, 2022, and January 4, 2022 in Land O Lakes, Florida, surrounded by their loving family.
Bill and Sue were both born in West Branch, Michigan on June 24, 1943 and November 7, 1944 and graduated from West Branch High School in 1962. They were married on February 9, 1963 and spent their lives in West Branch raising their two daughters. After retiring, Bill and Sue enjoyed living the winter months in Zephyrhills, Florida where they could enjoy more rounds of golf and the company of other northerners looking for an escape from the cold. Their greatest joys in life were the times they spent with their family.
They are lovingly remembered by their two daughters, Karla (Rob) Washburn and Denise (Rob) Hisscock; their five grandchildren, Greg (Meagan) Hisscock, Tony (Bailley) Hisscock, Jennifer (Ben) Ronk, Kyle Washburn, Nick (Lauren) Washburn, five great-grandchildren, Logan, Grace, Kennedy, Weston and Sawyer; siblings Richard (Marilyn) Hamilton, Don (Mary Claire) Black, Nancy (Bruce) Milton, Linda Marvel, and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held in Zephyrhills, Florida on Monday, January 10, 2022 at Community of Christ, 7334 16th Street, Zephyrhills, FL 33540. A visitation will begin at 10:30 am until the time of the service at 11:30 am.
Masks will be required for those attending the memorial service.
A memorial service in Michigan will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either the American Heart Association or the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
