William T. Harkins, 76, of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away on May 19th, 2023. He is survived by his wife Annmarie Harkins; children Thomas Ratel, Kathleen Boussebaa, Daniel Ratel, Michael Ratel, and John Harkins; thirteen grandchildren; as well as three great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by hs son William Harkins.
