Wilma J Little, 92, of New Port Richey, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2023, at Bear Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hudson. She was the youngest of the nine children born to G. B. and Minta Lee Mitchell, in Winchester, IN. Having spent her youth and young adult years in Indiana, then living the “snowbird” lifestyle for 30 years with her husband, she settled in the New Port Richey area. She was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church of Seven Springs.
Wilma enjoyed sewing and making decorative items for her home, as well as giving gifts and treats to her family and friends. She had an extensive collection of teddy bears and teddy bear memorabilia.
She especially LOVED all things Christmas! She was an organizer and was happiest when planning the next family get-together. Wilma had fond memories of growing up in the time period she did, and being part of a large farm family. She loved her country, her country music, her extensive, extended family, and her Cherry Coke! She will be missed for her smile and quirky sense of humor.
Wilma is preceded in death by her loving husband of 67 years, R. Quentin Little. Together, they had traveled to all 50 states, including driving the Alaska Highway.
Wilma leaves behind her two daughters, Tammy and Teri, her grandsons, Justin, Jeremy, and Daniel; and her great-grandchildren, Levi, Charlotte, Lydia, Lillian, and Charles; plus many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trinity Presbyterian Church of Seven Springs, 4651 Little Road, New Port Richey, FL 34655.

Dear Teri, Tammy and Families:
Aunt Wilma will always be one of my favorites in the Mitchell clan. Her smile, her laugh and her passion for family, along with her love of life, made her a very special Aunt. May you take comfort in knowing she is finally reunited with your Dad and heaven is rejoicing her arrival. Sending love, hugs and prayers from Illinois.
